We offer our Customers a wide range of useful services and functions, the provision of which requires the processing of certain of your data. More information about individual services and their content can be found in the Rules for Using the www.martis.us Website and Mobile Application.

For example, when you use the “Wish List” service, we save the items you have uploaded to your “Wish List”. In this case, we process both the list of items in your "Wishlist" and information about when the item was uploaded. When you browse as a registered customer, we store the items you have added to your shopping cart for up to 90 days, and we also store information about when the item was uploaded. When you select a city on the www.martis.us website or mobile application to see the nearest pickup points, we store and further process this choice of yours.

When you use the www.martis.us services and functions as a registered user, we generally store your choices and data, if any, and link them to your personal account and other data about you that we process.

We collect and use analytical and statistical data on the visit and use of the www.martis.us website and/or mobile application only on the basis of your consent, for the purpose of assessing the effectiveness of our services and/or marketing campaigns and making important decisions for the development and improvement of our activities, such as the formation of the www.martis.us product range, development of services, improvement of the website and mobile application. 2.6. Information on the processing of video camera surveillance data

Video surveillance cameras are installed inside and outside the www.martis.us product collection centers-stores, which capture and record the image that falls into the field of view of the cameras. Video recordings may be viewed only in cases of accidents with Customers or employees, in cases of loss, damage or destruction of material values, in cases of conflicts (incidents) between Customers and Employees. Video recordings may be viewed only by responsible persons - duly authorized by the manager of www.martis.us, who have familiarized themselves with the requirements of the legal acts regulating the protection of personal data and have undertaken to comply with them by signing or in another way proving the fact of familiarization and commitment. Video camera recordings may be provided to interested parties involved in the incident, such as law enforcement agencies and officials, insurance companies, visitors (when their property is damaged or the incident involves personal injury). In these cases, data is provided only after ensuring that there is an appropriate legal basis for providing the data.

In order for www.martis.us to implement its legitimate interest in protecting the safety, health and public order of individuals, we process the following data:

In order to provide you with personalized content and recommendations (clause 2.2.2 of the Privacy Policy), marketing offers tailored specifically to you (clause 2.3.1 of the Privacy Policy) and/or to provide you with www.martis.us benefits (clause 2.2.3 of the Privacy Policy), we use automated data analysis and decision-making, including profiling. - you withdraw the consent on which the data processing was based and there is no other legal basis for the data processing;

- your personal data is processed unlawfully;

- you have objected to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest and your interests in a particular case prevail.

We regret that your personal data will not be deleted from our database if, upon receiving your request, we determine that:
